Summary

In the second course of the series we will explore different leadership styles and their impact on the respective groups. 

The participants will take on leadership roles throughout the course and get an idea about their impact on their teams. In addition we will refine presentation and project management skills.

The course is designed for Phd students in the middle of their PhD.

Accommodation:

The course takes place in Schloss Buchenau. With sufficient distance from everyday work, participants can concentrate fully on the course. 

Travel:

Travel is organised individually. Buchenau is easily accessible by train or car.

Accommodation is in double rooms, which are allocated on site. Wishes are of course taken into account here.

Free WLAN is available almost everywhere on the site. 

Catering:

Full board is provided during the seminar. Potential allergies or intolerances will be checked and considered at the beginning of the course. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Weather:

Part of the course will take place outdoors, please remember to bring weatherproof clothing.
