In the first course of the three course series we will take a look at group dynamics and how to make a personal impact in groups.
We will focus on core skills and explore how individuals can use their strengths to the most effect for the group. Participants will work in a number of different sized teams and gain feedback on their impact and performance.
The course is designed for PhD students at the beginning of their PhD.
The program start Monday, October 08 at 10:00 and ends October 10 at around 4pm. A detailed program will be given once the course starts.
The course takes place in Schloss Buchenau. With sufficient distance from everyday work, participants can concentrate fully on the course.
Travel is organised individually. Buchenau is easily accessible by train or car.

Full board is provided during the seminar. Potential allergies or intolerances will be checked and considered at the beginning of the course. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
Part of the course will take place outdoors, please remember to bring weatherproof clothing.
